PO Box Deliveries (Please Read) 

Please note that we use the first available shipping carrier when shipping your product to ensure that you receive your items as fast as possible. Unfortunately, a majority of our private couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to security reasons.

Please ensure you list either your home, street or place of work as your shipping address.

This is why we do our best to ensure your product is delivered as fast as possible.

Like many suppliers, COVID-19 and recent flooding has impacted delivery times and as a result, we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times. Lush Lifestyle Co are working hard with our warehouses to get each order out as quick as possible. We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused during the delivery of your product. Please know this is something that we are working on with our suppliers and are hoping will change in the near future.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY PRODUCT ARRIVES?

All of our orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase.

Please note however that orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. This includes time for our warehouse to quality inspect and process your order.

After your order has been processed you can expect your product to arrive within 6 - 12 business days. (Shipping times for rural areas may be extended)
